I didn’t plan to get into the sewer camera business. Honestly, it started with a clogged toilet.
A few years ago, I was living in the US and kept dealing with plumbing issues in an older house. One day, a plumber named Mike came over with his inspection camera and started complaining about the equipment — not the pipes.
“This thing cost me four grand,” he said. “And every time something breaks, I have to ship the whole unit back and lose a week of work.”
Then he said something that stuck with me:

My family has been manufacturing hardware equipment in China for over 20 years, so when I got back home, I talked to my father and we decided to build exactly that.
